We are less than a week out from converging at the NACTA 2026 Conference in Starkville, Mississippi, hosted by Mississippi State University! We are excited to connect with everyone soon. 

My name is Mia Sullivan and I am your 2025-2026 NACTA Graduate Student Representative. This has been the first year for this position and it has been an honor to serve in this role to bring the student voice into NACTA leadership and planning spaces. Let this email serve as a pre-conference planning guide for what to expect for graduate student specific information.

Graduate Student Events

Reception for First-Time Attendees and Graduate Students - Monday, June 22 from 6:15 PM-6:45 PM CDT

• This will be a great opportunity to orient yourself to what to expect, who's in the room, and jumpstart your conference experience!

Graduate Student Mixer - Tuesday, June 23 from 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM CDT

• Our mixer will be held in a speakeasy... details forthcoming for the secret knock to enter upon arrival in StarkVegas...

Graduate Student Business Meeting - Wednesday, June 24 from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM CDT

• Come let your voice be heard! We will also be discussing the incoming NACTA Graduate Student Representative Opportunities. If you are interested in serving as our 2026-2027 representative, please reach out to me before the conference! This is also College Logo Day, so come to represent!
